I reached out to the firm today and they were quick and helpful to thoroughly discuss an incident. They sent the investigator John out who was very helpful in investigating my situation. He was very friendly and easy to chat with. Provided me with a lot of information and discussed the process and paperwork with me thoroughly.

These guys & gals are on top of it! I had my 1st meeting within 24 hrs of calling. I have my 1st doctor's appointment in the next 24. Amazing customer service and I have contact numbers for a personal case worker.
