Attorney Dylan Wilbanks was a great help to me in a sensitive case. He responded promptly and considerately. He also agreed to several lengthy conference calls to make sure the details of procession were straight. I’m very impressed and appreciative of his efforts. He’s also worked with my mother in dealings with her job as an REO asset manager at first commerce bank. I’ve heard nothing but good things.

I was referred to-dis lawyer find a lawyer in Athens who is friends with my brother and he assured me that mr. Wilbanks would take care of my situation but that was not the case I called and I never would return my call and when they did they were very rude so in the end I ended up having to get another lawyer who I'm very happy with don't understand why they couldn't at least return my call to give me a yes or no whether to take my case what a way to run a law firm I should have saw the red flag from the beginning but I put my trust in this company but I do not recommend this attorney to anyone I had a great attorney now and things are going great

Was referred here by another attorney, to which Wilbanks Law Firm did not want to hear anything I had to say, advised me it would cost more than 5,000 dollars to even get a consultation. Female employee, who I did not get a name was very condescending and generally unpleasant. Do not reccomend dealing with this law firm in ANY aspect of your legal needs.
