Retaining a lawyer can be intimidating. Bethany Lavigno and staff made my husband and I feel very comfortable from the start. Bethany helped us to draw up our wills making sure to address all details. Later that year she represented us in a criminal situation with the same level of professionalism and respect. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us thru the court process. We are grateful for discretion in our matters. My husband and I recommend her highly.

We hired Ms. Lavigno to represent us in an ongoing civil matter involving a property dispute. She guided us through the process of preparing our case. Then represented us at our trial. She is a great communicator and was attentive to our concerns. The party attempting to sue us was found in contempt of court.

She has provided excellent service since our first meeting in 2018. She prepared wills, powers of attorney and advance directives for me and my wife in 2018. In 2019 she provided advice on handling my wife's estate and prepared a new will for me including provisions for creating trusts for the children of my niece and my wife's nephew.
