Best lawyer I ever seen who really fights for kids.

Ms. French reached out to me for the second time since our initial meeting. The first time, after my Great aunt called and complained to her. The second time after she discovered my review on avvo and wanted to know why I wrote it. While I do not apologize for my initial review because it IS how I felt after meeting with her I will say that she has sincerely apologized to me several times and went as far as to send me a letter that I received today on 3/6. She was very upset by my previous review of her firm but understands that the constructive criticism comes from a genuine hurt of our first initial meeting. Ms. French's follow ups with me have been appreciated. She asked to consider removing the review but I can't find a button for that so this this is a follow up review.

Our firm is currently collaborating with Laura on a case involving a guardianship for a minor in which Laura has offered her services as guardian ad litem. Laura is very thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to probate matters and her assistance with this case has been invaluable. Her willingness to serve as guardian for the child at issue is a true testament to Laura's compassionate nature.

I am a Wealth Manager/Financial Advisor for a Fortune 500 firm. I have referred multiple families to Laura for their estate planning needs. Laura has always responded to my questions in a timely manner, and has shown the same courtesy to my clients. When my Mom wanted to update her estate planning a couple years ago, we went to Laura. My Mom was in her late 70's at the time and still pretty sharp. Laura put her, my sisters, my brother and myself all at ease. Explained what the issues were, what she thought needed to happen. It is a complicated estate. Real Estate owned in multiple states, etc. Everyone left knowing we were in good hands. It was handled as promised/expected. Later I took a job as the Executive Director at a not for profit. I found out the paper work for establishing the group as a 501c(3) was never completed and filed with the IRS. (This was a 8 year old problem when I uncovered the issue.) My Board hired Laura to handle this matter for us. Not only did we get our IRS status, we got over $9,000 in fines/late fees reversed and returned from the IRS. She is now our counsel.

I love Laura French. I dealt with her when she was the attorney for a board that I reported to. She was always very responsive and well informed when I had legal questions. She always took the time to make sure I had all the details and information I needed in any situation I was faced with. I would recommend her to anyone.

I went to Ms French with several questions after my loved one died and family wanted to fight over the estate. Ms. French was either having a bad day or just didn't want to be bothered. She rolled her eyes at me while i explained the situation and then after 40 minutes i got a $500 consulation bill. Never again. I was terribly disappointed and left a lot less rich than I when I walked in and with out any confidence in whay my next steps should be.

Laura French has taken care of many of my legal needs and the out come has always been great. She understands me when I try to tell her in non law field knowledge and knows just what I am asking for. She has alot of experience and when its a field she does not cover she will recommend someone that can help me.
