I wish I can give a negative rating to Mr. Charles Singleton. I had an accident in 2017 and spent hefty amount to recover from injury. I reached out to Price Boyd Law Group immediately as I have been suggested by legalzoom. I met him there and he promised to help. I provided all the details he needed in time and followed everything that he suggested. I am waiting for 4+ years now and not seeing any attempt from his side to close my case. I reached out to him every single week and he did not show a curtesy to call me or email me to update me on where my case stands. In 2019 he asked me to pay $300 to make a lawsuit against the other party. I did that immediately. Sometimes in early 2020 he moved my case from Price Boyd to his own law group (Singleton Law Group) and he did not even care to inform me. If I could have reached to any other Injury lawyer that time my case could have been settled by now. I would suggest everybody that we stay away from him.

Mr. Singleton, I hired you to perform a professional law service. I do not feel that I am getting the service that I paid you for. I paid you in full to perform a law service July 2019. Due to the fact, that you will not communicate with me, I called to Henry County Probate Court in attempt to acquire information about my court case. I was informed that you didn’t file any court documents until February 2020. I am so disappointed with the unprofessional interaction or lack thereof that I have with you during this whole ordeal. I paid you for a service that you told me would take three to four months maximum and you have drawn this out for over a year. I am aware that in March of 2020 the pandemic started and places were closed and people were unavailable. However, my case was initiated with you July 2019 and could have been executed and closed in a timely manner before the COVID-19 ever became an issue. When I hired you, I discussed the urgency to act due to my Mother’s failing mental condition and physical health situation. My expectations with you were very clear. To this date you have been difficult to communicate with, unavailable and dismissive of my case and concerns. Due to the fact that I was unsuccessful at making contact with you on July 28, 2020, I reached out to Henry County probate Office. I was able to speak to the court staff and they informed me that there was a deadline for you to file my court documents on July 29, 2020 and as of that date you had not filed the required additional documents on my behalf. After finding out this information, I attempted to reach out to you by phone several times and left many messages for you to return my call. You responded towards the end of the day with a text saying that it would be filed tomorrow. I do not appreciate your lack of respect that you continue to demonstrate towards me. I do not feel that it is my responsibility to call you for feedback or to call places to speck to people to check to see if you are filing my documents in a timely manner because you will not keep me informed or call me back. I called you several times and texted you to address my concerns. This is very disturbing to me. Positive communication and feedback is very important to me, especially when I hired and paid you to perform a law service for me. Moving forward, I am requesting that you contact me by phone to explain to me why you waited to the last day to file my important documentation or if you made the deadline and how much longer this process will take. You may not feel obligated to call me and keep me informed in my legal affairs, but I paid you for a service and that should be a requirement extended to all paying clients. I am ready for this case to be successfully completed so that I can focus on my Mother. Alecia B.
