If you want an honest attorney who does not just want your money, I highly suggest David and his staff. They are very reasonable with prices and always work with you on making payments. David is a very knowledgeable guy and always answers my questions with good advice. I will use him for every purchase and sell of any home I have!

Please do not count on this attorney's office to do their job!! They literally ignore emails and are not good with follow up. It amazes me how attorney's like this stay in business. When a client is doing a real estate transaction it is important to have a sense of urgency which this company is lacking. It takes them over a month to fulfill a simple request which another attorney can fulfill in less than a week. Beware they will hold your closing up and won't even give a reason why!!!

We used David to help us close escrow when we purchased a house in Covington. In theory, one of the things he was paid to do was verify the deed and property lines...a task which he completely failed to do! - Almost a month after closing on the house we have found ourselves involved in a property dispute and ONLY THEN did we discover that our property lines ARE NOT what where we were told they were when we close... 20 days AFTER closing David gives us the Corrective Deed and asks us to re-initial all of the closing documents since he "...has now informed us..." of the true property line. I'm at a loss for words...but whatever you do, DO NOT count on David!
