Mr. Worthington and his staff were fantastic! He returned calls, acknowledged all correspondence I sent to him and is excellent in his field. If you need an attorney I highly recommend Mr. Worthington.

The coxen firm helped me when I thought it couldn't be done. It's done got the papers signed by judge. Now I will always have a part in a son that I raised his whole life so far even after DNA test. Thanks again. I would recommend him for all your lawyers needs.

Beau Worthington is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. He talked big when we would meet in the office but when we got into court he started singing whatever song the opposing counsel was singing. He let the opposing counsel run the show and all over him. About three quarters of the way through my case he quits my case and pushes me off to his partner Coxen who was only interested in settling the case as quick as possible. If you want attorneys that will fight for you then I would recommend going somewhere else. I wish there was a way to give no stars.

NO CAP OR FAKE ACTS!!! Attorney Stephen Coxen, along with The Coxen Firm, LLC, took control of the wheel and navigated me too safety. They were accurate, professional and I was able to walk away with my arms, legs, pride, dignity still intact. I recommend them too all friends, family and strangers, that are in need of advice and representation through a divorce. Divorce is a life changing event!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Using Mr. Worthington was a complete nightmare. Everything he prom missed he would not do, he did. He NEVER FILED the correct paperwork, lied, tried to keep changing me for his mistakes and even filed paperwork with a scanned signature. I have never in my life seen a more unprofessional attorney. BEWARE!!!

I had Emily Moore Represent my fiancé In court.Well let’s just say that was a waste of money thousand dollars later and nothing was done . we should’ve just kept the court appointed attorney. I feel like she didn’t do her job and also doesn’t really care about the people she’s representing . not only was she non-responsive , you have to leave a million messages with the rude clerk just for her to call you back. I do not recommend this place or wasting your money.

Divorce and custody issues are awful things to navigate on their own. Stephen Coxen is a great attorney that helped make the process much more bearable. I value communication, and Stephen was always quick to respond to my questions. He was honest, pleasant to deal with, and fought for what I wanted. Although, he is a great attorney I really hope I don't need services like this again, but if I do...I know who to call. Thank you, Stephen Coxen!

Stephen was excellent in handling my case. He was thorough and deligent in his process. I sure wouldn't want to go up against him. I highly recommend Stephen and will definitely hire him again if something else ever comes my way.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Worthington talked a good game, but when we got to court he folded like that cheap suit he was wearing. On top of that he quit my case and I'm back to square one and worse off than when I started. Absolute waste of time and money. Highly recommend that you have someone else represent you.

Final divorce hearing is tomorrow! Stephen Coxen has communicated thoroughly throughout my case. He's been so understanding and has had so much insight. When I went from wanting to go for my husband's throat to him and I amicably resolving a majority of the issues with our case, he understood and shifted gears with me, knowing that there was a time when my husband and I loved one another enough to marry and reproduce, and that it was nothing short of a miracle him and i could agree and compromise on even the complex issues. He supported my husband and I communicating and reaching agreements and compromising. He revised the documents over and over when I wanted phrasing changed or this word replaced with this word and was incredibly helpful in the fine tuning of the entire process. He gave me a heads up when my retainer was running low, when my financial situation did not support renewing the retainer, was 100% cooperative with my wanting this battle to end swiftly, whereas my husband's attorney never communicated and called for hearings that neither of us even asked for or even wanted (and also didn't appear for because we didn't want it) he helped me bring to light what the best possible outcome could be. If i had continued to go for my husband's throat, he would have bled with Mr. Coxen as my representation. Even with my husband and i amicably resolving so much, Mr. Coxen is still the one I credit for coming out as well through this as we have and i would recommend him to anyone in search of an attorney. I look forward to shaking his hand for a job very well executed as we walk out of the court room tomorrow.
