I can not begin to express how amazing it was working with Mr.Carey. I honestly cannot say enough about Bryan and his team. There is just simply not enough time or words that would begin to express the extent of my gratitude for him. Frost and Carey represented me during a custody battle. The duration of my case was, by far, the most stressful and trying time of my life. If it weren’t for Bryan, I don’t know how my case would’ve turned out. He was truly the only person that I felt ACTUALLY heard me and my side of the story. He took the time to review all of my documentation and then did what needed to be done a long time ago. Obviously, in a custody battle, there are things that you don’t want to hear. Bryan was always honest with me regardless of if I wanted to hear it or not. He did not beat around the bush just so he could bill me for his maximum financial benefit afterwards but instead he insured that the outcome of my case was the most favorable outcome for me. And most favorable it was, thanks again, to Bryan. Him and the office staff were always available when I needed advice. He even provided me with his personal cell phone number in the event that I needed to reach him outside of business hours, being that is when I’m available most of the time. This was and still is my experience with this law firm. To whom it may concern, my wife and contacted this firm shortly before Christmas. We spoke with Mr. Frost and agreed to pay $1000 up front to "get them started". I called the office on 12/30/21 and spoke with Mr. Carey about our situation(which had changed) to see what if anything they could do for us now(at this time nothing had been done mind you). I brought up possible reimbursement of the money and Mr. Carey said he would check to see if Mr. Frost had put any work in(and he informed me I was being charged for the conversation I was having with him). Mr. Carey asked that I give him until that following Thursday to let me know how we were moving forward. After not hearing from him that day I began calling him and texting him(he gave me his personal cell # assuring me that was the best way to communicate) the following Monday. After one week of calling and texting with no answer or response I called the office. It was only then that I was able to get a call back from Mr. Carey. I then received a text, which I still have in which Mr. Carey said and I quote "I spoke with accounting and my senior partner. We've agreed to refund the full $1000. A check should be available either Monday or Tuesday", end quote. That was on 1/17/22. It is now 2/2/22 and I have not received the check and only get excuses from Ciara at the front desk when I call. They also charged us a $100 fee for using a card over the phone, which is well above the standard 4% that other companies charge. So, with the consultation fee of $83 we paid a grand total of $1183 for nothing but lies and the run around.

Both of these guys are awesome! They handled my divorce and made the process as painless as I feel it could have been. I recently had to reach back out with some concerns i was having with my visitation. Brian talked me through my options gave me honest solid advice. I was able to work through the issues i was having. Off his advice alone i was able to avoid going back to court. They are genuinely good people and they care about their clients. If you are looking for the best i highly recommend these guys!
