Several years ago, my father was reviewing his estate plan with me and I passed along some advice that we had learned from Mike. Thankfully my father decided to retitle his house into his trust. When he passed away last year it made my job as the executor so much easier. In his state there were 2 levels of probate and I was able to file the simple one by myself (as there was very little in his estate, all the value was in the trust). It also made me realize the importance of having an excellent well documented estate plan. Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you and all of your wishes, so they can come up with a comprehensive plan for you.
