My mother has been putting off her estate planning for well... forever. We finally convinced her it has to be done. I did a quick Google search and contacted Bascom Law because of their (well earned!) reviews. My initial contact was pleasant as was the initial phone call after filling out the online form. The person we spoke to was knowledgeable and understanding. Mike was very calming and covered everything. He made my mom feel comfortable and I'm sure he's the reason my mom followed through with completing the process. Brad was in charge of our second visit and signing of all paperwork. He was very patient and made us feel that everything had been covered. The entire process was much faster and simpler than expected. These guys really know how to make an uncomfortable conversation more comfortable. We recommend 10 out 10!
