I had the bad luck of needing a top notch attorney; I had the good luck of finding Evan Watson to represent me. Evan is a first class attorney that worked diligently to protect me during the ordeal that I faced. His outstanding stewardship and legal expertise gave me justice. Evan is a big hearted, honest and caring attorney, that I trusted with my life; I wasn't disappointed. There isn't anything negative that I can say about Evan Watson. I heard about him from a friend of a friend so really we had no ties to each other. I reached out to him and after a 10 minute phone call he said he would look my case over and call me back. Within days, he called with the decision to take my case pro-bono!! I have had a rough past and made some poor decisions that resulted in some bad misdemeanors. Without judgement, Evan asked me what I have done to turn my life around and was thoroughly interested in my responses. Thanks to Mr Watson I now have a clean record and will be able to finally land a career in the medical field!! My dream to go on mission trips and help those less fortunate has been made a reality thanks to Evan Watson. He worked fast and hard on my case, it took him less than two months to completely change the course of my life for the better. He is attentive and responds quickly. He acts fast and gets the job done almost before it has even started. I can't thank him enough.

Evan Watson is AMAZING!! I have hired him as my attorney for two different cases. He handled both of them in a timely manner! So, last year after leaving a friend’s house I found myself in a lot of trouble, a DUI and Hit-and-Run. I was absolutely devastated, if I was convicted of either charge, literally my career would have been over. I immediately began looking for a defense attorney and found Evan Watson. Upon my first meeting with him, I told him my story, and he said he was willing to go battle for me, and let me tell you, there is not one single lawyer out there that would have handled my case the way he did. He was very accessible and super prepared in court. He didn’t let the prosecutors bully me or make me to think I needed to plea if I didn’t want to. I told him I wanted to fight the charges and we did. He went above and beyond, found holes in the arresting officers story, and guess what, ALL CHARGES DROPPED! I (obviously) couldn't have asked for a better outcome, especially considering the circumstances. If you need a good defense attorney, I’m telling you, do not look anywhere else. Evan is truly a 10-star attorney!

This was the best experience with a lawyer I’ve had in my short time being an adult, but have had to hire a couple. In my certain case, I was very luck, and very blessed to have found Evan to help take care of my situation. He went way above and beyond what I could’ve expected from any attorney who could have took my case as I am not a resident of Georgia. He was diligent with my case, and treated me like he would a family friend or close relative, and I could not have got to where I’m at right now without his help...again, if you want a reliable, trustworthy attorney on your case, this is your man...in the beginning of my case I was facing felony charges, I was supposed to meet requirements for what probation would be in my home state and then they would maybe do a report by mail probation but the process was prolonged and he requested the case be dismissed and it was granted!!! So blessed to have found him, he knew I was in a sticky situation being out of town and knew it was going to be a fight but obviously one worth fighting. ANY legal trouble in Forsyth Co.---- ONLY hire a lawyer who works and lives in the Forsyth Co. Peter Zeliff was highly recommended by a very prominent Atlanta criminal/DUI attorney. My result--- all 3 charges DISMISSED. Legal misadventure happens and l felt like the world is ending. However, once I spoke to Peter Zeliff at the office, I knew that everything was going to be A OK. Mr. Zeliff’s demeanor- always cool, calm and collected. Prior to leaving his office, he already had THE plan and a plan B of how to approach the case. This took a lot of stress off the shoulders. He was always available to answer any questions I had, and explained the legal processes in a manner that was easy to understand. He has been practicing law in Forsyth co for many years and is very respected by his peers, even the officers and legal opponents. He is considered to be one of the most aggressive lawyers and the one who doesn’t like to lose. The ingredients of a Winning Team- knowledge, drive to Win, patience, Mr. Zeliff has it all. The office staff is very friendly and his assistant Robin made sure I was updated with new information. She always called with court date reminders and if there have been any changes with the case. The fee was VERY reasonable and definitely worth every penny. Going back to my case, most other lawyers will just get you to plead to a deal. Well, all 3 charges in my case were dismissed. The dismissal was so unique that the court clerk did not know how to write up the paperwork, the officers, who have worked in the FOCO, have never heard of the dismissal ending like that either. The results speak for themselves!

Evan and Michele are absolutely WONDERFUL along with the rest of the office staff. Every time I call they are always so friendly and on top of things. I always receive call backs and they have went above and beyond with helping me resolve my court issues.
