I could not be happier with the service I received from the Mr.Evans and his team. Some attorneys will filter callers through an office or their paralegal. Mr.Evans was always available to answer my questions and concerns. He put me at ease throughout the legal process he has a thorough knowledge of the law and defended my case with determination I appreciate all the hard work and efforts from Mr.Evans. If you want a person determined to see a positive outcome to your case with personal caring attention Evan Watson is the person for you , I was arrested for DUI in 2017 & 2019 unfortunately due to bad decisions on my part and was now in the Fulton County Court system, while waiting for my cases to come to trial Evan was in constant contact with me encouraging me and telling me the status of the negotiations of my case, while my cases were pending I received another DUI in Dec 21 in Fulton & AGAIN in Cobb County in February 2022, with now FOUR pending DUIs I felt my life was over and I was facing a long jail sentence, Evan after I informed him of what happened never judged me or said anything negative to me, but he also didn’t give me any false promises , Evan said we are going to have to start clearing these cases and advised me to go to DUI treatment Court, After going to court for the first two cases, Evan was able to get me accepted into the DUI court program and to actually get one DUI charge dismissed you have to plead guilty to DUI to be accepted into the program but it’s normally two guilty DUI pleas, that’s partly where the miracle begins, DUI court is not easy but with the encouragement of Evan and the staff I never felt alone or hopeless, My Cobb case came up and Evan always dressed GQ sharp and dapper was a great representation of me, he was able to negotiate with the COBB court and have them take into consideration the Fulton DUI court program I was participating in and he actually got those charges dismissed & fines cut in half , So then comes Fulton County Court a few months later, Evan was able to get them also to dismiss my charges due to his negotiations and my level of participation in the DUI court program Evan even got the judge to be an advocate for me towards the prosecution team in my case, The judge also removed all fines and probation from my case.Evan was truly a Godsend on this journey through a dark time in my life, he treated me as a brother and friend even though we come from two different backgrounds being that I’m African American, He gave me the upmost respect and best representation I could ask for and is a positive influence in this story, I was facing FOUR DUIs in a six year period but only ended up with ONE that I plead guilty to. Evan Watson can change a hopeless situation into a miracle.

I would highly recommend Evan Watson for an attorney. He will go above and beyond for your case needs. He is well informed and presents himself very well. I would also like to add, I personally witnessed him helping people he wasn't even working for. He noticed they were very lost and he took time out of his busy schedule to talk with them and offer any advice he could. 2 years ago I was wrongfully accused and had a pending charge against me.
