I would not recommend. I needed an estate attorney to help with a multi-million dollar estate and had to leave a voice message for a call back. Two days later did not receive a phone call so I called again. Receptionist put me through to I don’t know where and was disconnected called the main number one more time and it went right in to voice mail.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. We have been calling for a month, with no call back. No call from an assistant, receptionist, etc. Very unprofessional, poor customer service. When you run a business, you have to be responsive- even if it’s to tell your potential client you are not interested. I do not recommend.

I recently had a land dispute with my neighbor. After a lengthy search, it was determined that a quit claim deed was not filed at courthouse. I reached out to this firm, and the first time, I was helped by (I will not name names) he must have had a full load, because he was out of town. My land has been passed down, I am the 4th generation to call it home. This was urgent. I sent an email, explaining the urgency. Mr. Rice told me he was available on Monday. I totally expected to go in there, and listen to excuses, and go home with no answer. I was wrong. Mr. Rice sat down with me, listened to my story, and then told me his practice had been at fault, 100%.that he personally would get this resolved for me, that I could stop worrying. The final outcome, is yet to be seen. But my mind was put to rest, knowing this man was going to fight for the mistake of a former employee. By the way, the attorney that did not file the deed, he is no longer practicing law. It comforts me to know that there are a few honest men, left in the world. I am currently recommending this firm to friend, who is buying land.
