I am very happy to speak to the experience with Kevin Tallant and his associates with our legal matters. I first met Kevin in 2011 when he was appointed by the court to serve as executor on a family estate matter. I found him to be straightforward and professional. I was also pleased to work with Apryll. In 2020 I retained Kevin to assist with a partition action regarding real estate with multiple family members involved. It took a few years due to multiple partners and court processes; however, at the end of the day we were able to force a partitioning and sale. In addition, Kevin was able to recover our legal fees as part of the action. I continue to use Kevin for personal legal matters. I trust Kevin and his staff. He has always been a great Council and is straightforward and honest. I have been very satisfied with Kevin and his legal services and will continue to use him for personal legal matters. They were incredibly knowledgeable about local zoning regulations and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Kevin and Apryll are the BEST! They have help my family for decades and continue to do so. Grateful for their service to clients and community.

Worst experience. Spent 5K retainer and got no where. Poor communication, and when asking for an update you get hit with a bill for asking. I have been waiting months now for the firm to return my remaining balance of the retainer. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. 12/26/23 update: I have still not received my retainer refund and the firm has gone radio silent. Please be adware that internal employees are leaving 5 star reviews. STAY AWAY!

Ben Musgrove was fantastic to work with! I can’t say enough good things about him. I had a small case but he treated it very important. We had great communication and I really appreciate everything he did for me. I highly recommend using his services

Brian Hansford, Deborah Pittman and both of their teams have been able to provide prompt and thorough services. This firm is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel like family. Every question I've ever had for them received an answer and they make things easy to understand. I will not use any other firm. 10/10 would recommend.

The worst law firm! It seems like they demand for you to pay them for bad advice and yet when you send them an email, they never respond. Attorney Kevin McDonough is just about the worst attorney!

We reached out to Miles Hansford for a verbal contract issue. Tasha listened to the issue with empathy and concern and always answered our emails promptly. Jonathan Beard took the matter and handled it professionally and quickly. He even answered our questions via email after hours. He also listened to some concerns we had and changed direction based on those concerns. We are very happy the matter was resolved and we can move on.
