Communication was poor, responses were delayed, and the overall experience felt disorganized. While my case was eventually handled, the process was needlessly stressful. Not recommended based on my experience.

I highly recommend Attorney Kevin Tallant and Jonah Howell! 5+ years ago I realized my older sister needed protection on a variety of levels and that for her safety, a Conservatorship would be necessary. Kevin and Jonah educated me on the ins and outs of that process and walked with me through every step in securing one. Their vast knowledge of the law, professionalism, and absolute desire to do what's right made me all the more confident in my decision to use their legal services. It is a big reason why my sister is safe and now living her best life. It is also why I have continued to retain them as my lawyer for all things pertaining to my sister. They are really good guys!

After weeks of getting the runaround, numerous invoices and no progress, I ended up switching to another lawyer who was able to get things done much quicker and more effectively. This law firm was a huge waste of my time and money - I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go with a firm that will actually fight for you and your case.

I had a terrible experience with this law firm. They completely mishandled my case and didn't seem to care at all about getting me the results I needed. The lawyer I worked with dragged his feet and didn't prioritize my case, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.

After meeting with 3 different firms, I choose to work with Kevin McDonough. As a seller/landlord, We were dealing with a very complex issue with contract defaults (tenant) and vested interest. The situation itself was very sticky where law was concerned however Kevin and Krystle were able to facilitate a happy ending for both us and the tenant. Even after the process was settled, Kevin remained honest and repeatedly showed me what a great character he had. Highly recommend Kevin and Krystle for any situation you may be facing!

This law firm is not trustworthy. I was buying a business and I choose them for closing. Alex was working on contract. He made changes in payment terms in contract as per sellers instructions without confirming with me. Also, they over charged me for the phone call. Luckily I crossed check my call logs and find out that they charged me extra hours. I will never work with this firm.

We had a wonderful experience working with Kevin and his team! They were able to fit our unique timeline seamlessly. They answered all of our questions, and made it a delightful experience overall. Highly recommend!

Kevin and his team are the best! The probate process is not easy, and is a difficult time personally, but they make it so much easier and really know how to handle every scenario. I highly recommend this firm!
