Tried to get a few questions answered to see if this firm would be a good fit. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone interrupted me and told me "good luck we don't do that" before I could even finish explaining my needs. It is hard to know if you can help a person when you don't even know what they want because you don't have enough patience to hear what they are trying to say.

I had a free consultation with Kimberly Castleberry from the Brockman Firm. I was contacted the very next day after requesting the consultation , which was great. My family and I have worked with Jonathan and his team four times now. They have gave us positive results on each occasion. Jonathan goes above and beyond. to make sure the clients are satisfied with the results of the case. He has even reduced his fee for us before to ensure we the clients got the bulk of the settlement.
