After an uncontested divorce disaster, Mitch helped me put an end to the property dispute. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to friends and family (and I have). I was going through an uncontested divorce when a lot of other things such as infidelity and one of my children not being biologically mine arose during the process . Mitch and Selena promptly stoped filing and created an ammendment to the settlement at which my ex wife had little options but to sign or go to court either of which Mitch was prepared to do to prevent me from paying child support for a child that wasn't biologically mine . The settlement was signed and the divorce was quickly final and over .

They helped guide and navigate me through the entire proceedings as I had no clue what to expect. When it was time for mediation, Mitch offered sound reasonable solutions while at the same looking out for my best interests. In the end, mediation was successful thus avoiding court and extra costs. Mitch was easy to work with and fought on my behalf. I was extremely satisfied with the end result and he helped ease my worries and calmed my nerves as the case proceeded.
