My experience in working with Mitch and Selena (filing for divorce) was about as positive as it could have possibly been given the negative situation I was in. After hearing horror stories of other friends' interactions with their divorce lawyers, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Mr. McKinney. Mitch was extremely respectful, compassionate, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, incredibly accessible and responsive (a must in such a time of uncertainty). He even went as far as to work around my busy work travel schedule, conducting most of our meetings remotely via phone, Skype, and email, which was hugely convenient in my situation. Overall, Mitch and Selena helped to walk me step by step through a difficult process, making it as easy and painless as possible.

Mitch McKinney worked for weeks and did all the necessary research to make it possible for the state to drop my fiance's charges due to insufficient evidence. He worked hard and kept us informed every the step of the way. Hopefully.. we won't be needing a lawyer..BUT if we ever do we will be coming back to Mitch!

The courtroom is definitely where Mitchell McKinney shines. The questions he asked in court helped me provide the Judge with all the information he needed to make his decision. Mr. McKinney did such a fantastic job at getting all the facts known while in court that the Judge granted more than I’d hope for. He did a great job and would highly recommend him.
