My son was arrested on a potential felony charge. When we met with Phil and explained my son's case, Phil carefully explained the law to us in terms we could understand. He also listened intently to the ins and outs of the situation, and pointed out elements of the event that could work in my son's favor resulting in the charge remaining a misdemeanor instead of being processed as a felony.
