I was in a terrible car accident back in 2018. In pain, out of work, out of luck. Robert Bourne and his team were awesome. They kept me informed and answered any questions I had promptly and addressed any concerns I had. It was stressful but he explained all the processes and kept me level headed and calm. Robert was a bulldog when insurance tried to lowball me, never taking no for an answer. Even after the case was finished, Robert and I kept in contact, and he still gives me legal advice to this day. He offered my husband and I his tickets to the Mizzou vs Bulldogs game because he knew that we were from Missouri and big Tigers fans. Even though Mizzou lost miserably, we had a great time. This is a story about how the company I worked for over 30 years really did not care about me....and it was an insurance company! I will spare all the details, but Robert Bourne took time to listen to me in 2017 about an accident I had at work in 2013. Although my chances of having any settlement at all look very bleak, Robert obtained my files and found the Dr. had given me an impairment rating that was never conveyed to me and I certainly was not compensated for it. Robert worked diligently and he did a great job questioning the person who had handled my claim. We settled at mediation for more than I thought would be possible.
