Attorney Epps did a great job and I would go back to him should I need representation in the future.

In my opinion, Attorney Epps is one of the best to ever do it! From day one as his introduction says…he definitely gave me a peace of mind and reassurance on resolving my case! It was a long two and half years coming, but we walked out of there with a case dismissal!! I’m truly grateful for my outcome as well as Mr. Epps, Mrs. Davis, and the rest of the Epps Law Group staff! I will most definitely be referring others to hire him in their cases as I don’t plan on catching anymore myself! They are a waste of money. I payed thousands just for my lawyer to side with the police, he didn't question the video and told me on several occasions he didn't have time to watch the evidence against me with me or speak to me about my case. You would be better off with court appointed lawyer or just plea guilty because thats what the end result will be with them.

I hired Kyle Epps to assist me in helping minimize charges against me due to an auto accident caused by influences and actions of a customer of mine. It was a one-time mistake during the height of the Pandemic, and his expert guidance and negotiation caused a reduction in charges as a result in proportion to what actually happened. My case would have been very different without his representation, I highly recommend Mr Epps if you need legal help.

After researching for several days, I spoke to several attorneys and, The Epps Law Group, was my final choice to represent me for my Simple-Battery case. Before I hired this team, I spoke to Attorney Kyle Epps directly, which made a big difference. He outlined a plan for me and said, “if you stick to the plan I give you, you will be ok”. As vague as that response was, I trusted him. This was the best decision I made. From the moment I began working with their team, I spoke to one of their Paralegals, Elicia Davis, assigned to my case. I cannot express how knowledgeable, non-judgmental and helpful Elicia was with navigating me through my case. It was my first time dealing with the Forsyth County courts and legal system and I had gone through an emotional rollercoaster for the first couple of months. Elicia checked in constantly throughout the early stages and did everything she could to comfort my anxiety and stick to Attorney Kyle Epps’ plan. As promised, I stuck to the plan 100% and I received news that my case was dropped, I no longer needed to go to court and I only need to address a fine and attend classes.
