Choosing the right mediator is always a difficult task. Get one that's too "insurance friendly/defense minded," and you might leave money on the table or have clients asking tough questions, like, "Why did you choose this guy? He hates me and my case." On the other hand, get one that's clearly a plaintiff's attorney, and you'll never get defense counsel to agree to use him. Robert Cowan has worked on both sides, and the beauty of his mediation strategy is that all parties to his mediation sessions can leave without feeling that he worked for the other side. Rob is an excellent communicator, and he is able to gently move the parties toward resolution after identifying and helping to resolve points of contention that could otherwise be impediments to agreement. took over 1,600.00 and didn't even get the case filling started with the court systems. that is now under way by a way better firm and alot i mean a lot cheaper. i would not let this firm handle a ( who stole my dogs bowl) case. it is a disaster of a law firm. any one who lets yourself gather all the evidence and only writes the people a letter. thats bad business if you ask me. over 1,600.00 hundred for a letter. yeah dont go here ever.

Rob Cowan and the Cowan Law Firm is a very amazing team! When my husband was injured in an accident they went above and beyond to get him the medical help he needed. We have also used Mr. Cowan for a child custody change. He and the entire office treat you like family. I would highly recommend this firm for your legal needs.
