My experience was amazing, could have gotten 20 years in prison. The day after I got out of jail I went and spoke with mr. Morris about the charges. He then told me not to worry about it because it would be an easy case for him. A month later the case got dismissed because of mr. Morris helping with the case and giving the correct advice. 10/10 service!

Five stars doesn't even come in covering it. It was possible my son could have needed an attorney. I called and talked to Marcus Morris and he was absolutely wonderful. He listen to me, he listen to my son when he didn't have too. Then gave us options and was there all the way. Thankfully we didn't have to have a attorney. But he was there and listen. Look I highly recommend this law firm. Couldn't ask for better people, with top notch Customer service. Thank you all so much, for helping me with my stress and worries. I'll always be greatful!

Upon first speaking with this Attorney, he assured us with absolute positivity that he would be able to have the charges either dropped or significantly reduced. He based this on the fact that he was a former District Attorney and that he was very experienced in these types of cases. I paid this attorney in full over a year ago to represent my son. Since that time, he has not collected any of the affidavits that the witnesses previously offered to him, nor has he appeared before the court to attempt to have any of the charged reduced. He has made a few phone calls regarding the case and did manage to come up with an absurd supposed deal from the District Attorney. We recently received (finally) a letter in the mail from the court stating the date of the arraignment. We have been trying to reach the attorney but only get to speak to his secretary. He has not returned a single call, which seems to be the norm. We are not very optimistic that this man is up to the task of handling this case. Especially since we are seven working days before the arraignment, and he will not return a single phone call. Therefore, we are forced to hire another attorney and the cheapest one we could locate wants $2,000 as a down payment. In this economy, that is going to be almost impossible. Especially since we are already making monthly payments on the loan that was used to pay this man. If you are an attorney and you can't admit that you dropped the ball and/or simply cannot deliver on your promises; turning your back on your client (a young man with no prior arrests) is not very professional. He knows what he was paid (receipt attached). You will see that his secretary states, this includes ALL FEES unless it has to go to trial. We will see if this man is willing to do the right thing. I would approach this attorney with the greatest of caution. UPDATE 12/20/2022 I reported them to the BBB. Take a look at the photo below! Marcus Morris didn't even have the guts to even "litigate" the issues with me. (Oh, I will just ignore the BBB and it will all go away). We'll see about that.

I got in a little bit of trouble and got arrested. I got ahold of these guys and all my charges where dropped. I'm able to own guns and continue nursing school because of them. I'm very grateful. Morris and Dean is the way to go.
