Zachary Scarbor is a wonderful lawyer. I highly recommend him for any custody case. He handle and took care of everything for me. He listened to all my concerns and worries, gave me advice on how to handle the case. He always got back with me the same day and honestly looked out for me and protected my daughter. He won my case with a quickness and maybe sure I was comfortable at the end of mediation. Go to Morris and Dean for legal help!!!

Zachary Scarbor was the most amazing human being I have ever met. He took a chance on my custody case because it was in another county. I had met with several lawyers and none of them had the kindness that he showed my family. I was dealing with an extensive custody battle and despite many setbacks due to the Covid crisis, he pursued every avenue to ensure that my daughter came home and was safe. I will never be able to repay him for what he did for me and my family. I would recommend this law firm to anyone and everyone. I know several times he discussed that he had sought council from other lawyers in their firm, and they work as a team to help their clients. And Sabina Medina, a law clerk at the practice, was amazing at keeping us informed and helping us through all the extensive paperwork and red tape. SO THANKFUL!!! The last several months have been the scariest of my life. My son, who has never been in trouble before, made a few bad choices that could have put him in jail. I had no idea what to do, how to go about finding the RIGHT Lawyer, it was the most terrified I have ever been. I spent many days trying to find THE Lawyer. I asked friends, spent countless days researching on the internet and called many Lawyers that I knew weren’t right for us. When I learned about Mr. Marcus Morris, I had him checked out by a Judge in Virginia who was a friend of a friend... and this Judge said, “He’s your man! He has the experience you want when you’re fighting for your son!” ...and after my first meeting with Mr. Morris I knew he was right. As I’ve said, I had spoken to other Lawyers that may have been qualified, but none that came across as professional, passionate or sincere about truly wanting to help us. Mr. Morris is EVERYTHING you want in a Lawyer and he does it with heart. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to, not at all condescending or judgmental and he knows his stuff! Our Court day was yesterday and my son is back at College attending classes as I am writing this. I am FOREVER Grateful to Mr. Morris for all he did to keep my son from going to jail. I had previously written a negative review which I retracted. In the face of imminent prosecution I over reacted. I can say now I highly recommend Marcus Morris. He is open and honest. He kept me out of jail over a misunderstanding with the police. No one facing prosecution should underestimate the added value of an attorney that is willing to try to resolve matters as opposed to just “ dealing with the system.” I had a federal charge and prison sentence in the past. But even my 50,000 attorney never went above and beyond like Marcus Morris. You cannot do better.

If you need a defense attorney Marcus Morris is the man you want at your side. I was charged with DUI less safe for refusing to consent to a blood draw even though I blew under the legal limit on a breathalyzer. Thought for sure I was going to lose my license for a year among other things but Marcus was able to make the charge go away in court and I am extremely thankful. He is a true pro and I highly recommend him!

Everyone around town recommends Mr. Morris as “THE man you want representing you.” I’ve heard it from countless people and amidst an ungodly amount of cumulative traffic citations (and a revoked license) I was lucky enough to learn that Morris does free consults. During our meeting, he made it clear that our #1 priority is to get me back driving legally and we’ll do whatever it takes to make that happen. In spite of being the top defense attorney in North GA, his fees are basically identical to any ole Joe Blow attorney down the street. All I can say is that he has earned his “beast mode” reputation and we are very lucky to have him here in Dalton.
