Curtis was highly recommended by a friend who had used him for 3 of her adoptions. I sent him an email to ask if he would take on our adoption and within 15 minutes he called willing to take it. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had and we were never left in the dark on where we were in the process. He is amazing and we will definitely use him again. Mr. Kleem helped guide my sister and I through the process of pulling our youngest siblings out of a terrible home environment with our mother. He was always available to us when we needed him, and served as an incredibly calming presence in incredibly high-stress settings. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. I'd hire him again and again... I just hope I don't have to!
