Being from out of state I was not sure what to expect when I hired Mr. Whittle. From the initial consultation till the final outcome he made me very comfortable and confident. He handled my son's case and the final outcome was 100% better than I had expected. If I am ever in Virginia and need a lawyer I kept his number in my speed dial. Thanks Again Ian.

Mr. Whittle is an excellent criminal defense attorney. More importantly, he is very approachable and always reachable. In fact, I first contacted his office on a Friday after office hours and he returned my call shortly from his cell phone and was able to give me enough information to calm my nerves through the weekend. He does what he promises to do and by when he promises to do it. Throughout, he remained in touch and made every effort to keep me involved and apprised of the case. He is well respected in the legal community, which was evident from his rapport with the judges and the prosecutors. I found Ian on Avvo myself and had such a pleasant experience. I was living in Maryland and he was able to work around that by answering any questions I had via email or over the phone. Any issues I had that arose, he made sure to let me know what to do that was within my rights. We ended up having a curve ball thrown at us in court as my ex counter filed for primary custody and Ian was able to combat that and the judge ruled in my favor. I think it helped that my ex was being a total jerk to him so that made it even worse but he handled himself in a professional manner despite the attitude my ex husband was giving him. Ian Whittle is an up front tell you like it is type of lawyer. During the time of his legal service Mr.Whittle was very responsive to all my questions. Kept me informed on how the system worked. What court procedures was next and what to expect. After going over my case Ian told me what plea deal he could get. I thought it would be a great deal if he can really make it happen. He was true to his word we got the plea. Any questions I had he would text me back, never left me hanging. I can't say enough about Mr. Whittle I would recommend him to my own mother. Ian is just a hard working attorney and an all around good guy.

I give Mr. Whittle my highest rating as a lawyer. He is thoroughly knowlegable on traffic law and very experienced. He was able to handle our case in different county. Before the trial even started (at 9 AM), Mr Whittle arrived early and met with the prosecutor. The result was that the most serious charge was dismissed before the trial even began. He is completely poised and professional before during and after the trail. One month after the trial, i contacted Mr. Whittle with a minor question. He responded quickly and provided me with the information that i needed.

I have to say Ian Wittles is an absolutely great lawyer. I was completly side tracked by these charges i was charged with by my former employer these crimes though i did not commit.
