Traffic court is rigged against you. They don't tell you if the officer doesn't appear and even though you say "not guilty" and try to explain, the prosecutor pretty much forces you to plead guilty and hands you a paper with "guilty" already circled. You have to be nice and presentable while they can be rude and not care. I'd love to file a lawsuit against the court but that would probably be rigged as well. I also noticed that the people who were in court were from the lower class and couldn't afford to pay their tickets.

I called and and asked what I needed to do to get an attorney, she was extremely rude, and acted as if she didn't have time to be bothered with me. If she can't answer a simple question without being annoyed then how is she supposed to help anyone with anything.

I was facing Forgery 1st degree and multiple duis and driving on revoked charges. The jail time would have been at least 5 years to SERVE to a maximum of 35 years if ran consecutive. Cat Pyne got all but 30 days wiped out and off of my record and I will only spend 9 days in jail. This is the hardest working attorney I have ever seen. The minimum other attorneys were to represent me for was 11,000. But cat is a miracle worker. I recommend her to anyone facing time in Whitfield county

This place is so full of B.S we printed off the southern judicial site a order for a dismissal on a protection order and filled it out and took it to the clerk to file and she said the only one who could dismiss the order was the petitioner however the paper work actually gives you the option to circle either the petitioner or the respondent or both parties wish to dismiss so tell me why we wasn't allowed to file the motion.

Usually not a fun place to visit but the law enforcement and clerks are friendly and helpful
