I had a very troublesome divorce do to a spouse on drugs. Ms. Banford was very knowledgeable in this matter do to the fact she had been trained in matters relating to DEFACS, which had an open case on my wife. I had talked to another lawyer and right away I knew I was getting what I would pay for. She had advised me to seek full custody with supervised visitation with drug screens. The other lawyer mentioned nothing of the sort. He even shunned it a little when I mentioned it. In the end thats exactly what i got. I'm so glad I chose to not hold back and go the high road.
