Was wrongly charged DUI in Hall County. Retained Brett Turner as a former district attorney who will fight for you. A charge like this affects higher level licensing for medical professionals. It was reduced and dismissed due to toxicology reporting that verified I was not impaired in any way. I was not thrilled with a reckless driving charge but 100% better than a DUI!!

Brett is a very professional attorney. He is a straight shooter and doesn’t mind ruffling some feathers. I’m a professional in the community and my (trumped up) charge could have had very serious consequences including the loss of rights and privileges as well as the loss of my career. The charge was reduced to next to nothing and fine. Not every case will have the same results, as evidence in cases will vary. Just know the justice system can be a war of attrition.
