I can't recommend these attorneys enough. I know that if I have an employment law question these attorneys either know the answer or can find it quickly. They are professional, organized, and honest. We are lucky to have them!

Caleb Gross is an amazing attorney that helped me to win my unemployment case against my former employer. He always made himself available to answer any of my questions or responded to me in a timely and professional manner. He worked hard to get me the best outcome and I was completely satisfied with the results of my hearing. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking representation.

I'm not usually one to write reviews but I felt the need to share my wonderful experience with Radford & Keebaugh. I was discriminated against at my old job and didn't know what to do about it and, honestly, was scared to do anything about it. I met with James Radford and he helped calm my nerves and helped me understand that what happened was not right and that it's ok to have a voice and stand up for what is right. He kept me up to date every step of the way and went over every possible outcome. My discrimination was a very traumatic experience but with the help of Mr. Radford I was finally able to begin the healing process. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome of my case and really appreciated his level of professionalism and his kindness and understanding. He was the voice I didn't have and I will eternally be grateful for him and his hard work.

Hi again, I hope you all are having a good day. As you can see I've figured how to get my name & picture up, instead of my Baby's.
Continuation from my post yesterday (under Bertianna Malone).
Time Line:
Nov. 02, 2015, I fell at GC - Douglasville
Nov. 06, 2015 Orlando Firm ( Mr. Eddie Still) took my case
Roughly five/six (yes we're in May 2016)months past and I'm was awear these case can take time. But
got no feedbackwhatsoever. So, I called Mr. Still tells me he was getting around to calling me... .
He stated they were getting my hospital records together. That GC Attorney was trying to imply
that I was making filing claims a life's career...WHAT! As I had three car claims (two were under my
cousins) Yes, of course I wanted to fall a work which led to two spinal surgeries, a stroke, and
other trickling symptoms.
Any whoo, again I called around my birthday, Jan 2017. Mr. Still tells me his assistant is still out on
maturity leave. That GC Attorney is singing the same tone and it looks like we're going to have to
give them a statement. Which he said, they were trying to avoid that.
May 02, or so, Mr. Still called to let me know that GC Attorney would be calling on the May 07, to take
my statement. He advised me to tell the truth (really), yes/no responses... .
May 07, the conference statement began with, my name and date of birth. The name was no problem,
unfortunately, since the stroke I tend to transpose my number. Being an Accountant, that has
really effected me hard mentally. So, I became agitated. Before I could say/try to correct it for the
third time GC's attorney stated, "that's all I need, this is what I expected"! GC Attorney said, "I'm
done Eddie. I exclaimed, give me a minute? Mr. Steele abruptly stated, "Katrina, you can't make
him continue with the state". At that very moment and the actions of Mr. Still, he did not have my
best interest! If that didn't give me confirmation...
May 15, 2017 Mr. Still left me a voicemail indicating that he was out of town last week. That it wasn't
until I gave my statement he didn't know that I had a stroke and problems with numbers! That he
and Mr. Orlando had similar concerns and we don't fell this is a case we can win. Please feel free
to give me a call if you have further questions or concerns. I immediately called him back. In a
curt manner, I asked him what did he mean, about not know my history, as his Firm handled my
case in 2010. In an obtuse manner, he stated he didn't see a need to review my case as it was a
non-recorded statement. I was at a loss for words to say the least.
I let this settle in my spirit a couple of days. I called Mr. Still first, to express my heartfelt
disappointment. He wasn't available of course. So, I left my sentiments via voicemail. Mr.
Orlando was available either. So, again, I left my sentiments via voicemail.
Thank you so much for you time and allowing me to vent!

I was involved in a class action law suit since 2004. They have been saying over and over that it would settle by such and such but each time it was false. The company responsible for incident offered in the beginning but this firm set up a trailer near my residence to solicit us as clients. After sending out Birth Certificates, social security card copies and school records, as well as proof of my residence etc at time of incident to a third party per the firms request, nothing has occurred. Now I an concerned of my children's pertinent information being out there for nothing and not one cent to be recovered. No one had ever called from firm to explain. I have had to make every contact.waste of time.

Hi, I hope you all having a good day! My name is KATRINA. Unfortunately, being less of a tech head, I didn't know how to remove my Babies name🤔🤔. Any whoo, it's with heartache that I'm expressing a negative light/experience regarding this Firm. After all they did an excellent job with my at work fall injury in 2010. Of which resulted in two spinal surgeries and a Stoke. Mind you at 37, I've NEVER been hospitalized other than the process of having my Baby. I'll do my very best to be brief. However I don't want to disregard any pertinent information that may be helpful to someone.
I fell at Golden Corral - Douglasville in November 2015. As there was no visible fluid(s) on the floor, it was extremely slick. So, I proceeded with caution. As I was heading to the sink to wash my hands, I lost my footing. In that flash moment, my wrists/hands and the left side of my head bared the majority of the impact. After the blow, trying to lift 300lbs up with the pain, wasn't an easy task. I washed my hands, gathered my composure, and headed back to my seat. I felt a little woozy, one of GC great hostess whom knew me by name. I silently/discreetly motioned to her. Before I could get a word out edge wise, she said "we know, we're tired of telling them"! She went on to say,,"you fell (moderately loud if I may say) didn't you"? I wasn't going to say, but before I could, she had saw that my glasses were bent and slightly cricket. I stated walking back to my table slowly. My Mom could tell immediately something was wrong. I told her at our hostess said, "you should see the stuff they clean the floors with"! My Mom helped me up so we could head to the ER, but the other hostess and the Manager came up. By this time I was feeling nauseated and went to the back nook by the bathroom with the trash can. He hurriedly took my statement and while taking pictures of my shoes, there was a little frail woman coming out the bathroom. As she opened the door she started to slip, thank goodness, due to her petite body the door held her fall.
While we were heading out to go to the ER, I asked the lady if I may take a full body picture (so, I would have a view of her sneakers)? She was more than happy to indulge my request. The ER Dr. Confirmed that I had a slight concussion, X-rays showed inflammation around the hardware in my back, and swelling on my wrists (more intensely on the left one). He advise to follow-up with an Orthopedic Specialist for my wrists and the Surgeon who did my spinal surgeries. I waited a few days for doing so, to see what GC's Attorney preferred me to do... . After three/four days with no word, I made my appointments, my back being the first, as it was giving me the most pain. That appointment at my Resurgens, Mesa Valley Way, showed that my hardware was in fact alright and a prescription for the immolation was given. Resurgens, Douglasville, confirmed that the part of the wrist that took the hit has very fine bones and with the tenderness and swelling, he didn't want to risking a major fracture. So, I was fitted for a cast and wore it for two weeks.
After for five days have gone by not hearing from GC I called up the attorneys who handle my workers comp case so well, The Orlando Firm. Mr. Orlando and I had spoken on a few occasions. He and I both got a feel for each other's character. He was a little emotional this one particular day. Unfortunately, he had to let go of a long time friend and associate, due to not representing clients to his full potential. So, of course, I expect the same amount of professionalism and courteous representation as I did before. Mr. Eddie Still was assigned to my case and I gave him the same statement above. He stated that he and his assistant (who was pregnant at the time) will get right on it and not to give GC's Attorney a statement. Now, again this is the same Firm that handled my case so well in 2010. So, I'm confident that he and his assistant knew me/my case. Boy can fast tongues be deceiving...! There is more but I've exceeded the character limit.

I'm a current client here. They're always so helpful with everything, they'll answer every question you have very thoroughly. They call me frequently to ensure I am receiving the support I need for a quick and speedy recovery. I feel adequately cared for from all aspects and I will definitely return to the Orlando Firm for any future troubles. Aslam was very helpful with my property damage and Sunita is very attentive to my treatment.

I am an attorney who does not practice discrimination law but a case fell in my lap that I just had to take. I went to a CLE at the Georgia Bar center on litigating a discrimination case. James was one of the lecturers at the CLE. After he was done giving his lecture I introduced myself and he gave me his card. To my surprise, we both worked in the same building in Decatur. James did outstanding work with me and he helped me get a great report and recommendation that denied summary judgement which the District Judge adopted. James is a superb writer and very thorough. He gets things done very quickly and he is easy to work with. I highly recommend James.
