They really had the patience, reassured me, and explained in detail everything throughout the process. You can instantly tell how much experience and knowledge they have. Attorney Minkah Merritt and a majority of his team were very professional and made this traumatizing experience for my children and I smoothly as possible. I also like how the firm doesn't charge for every little thing like other firms do (only the 33%) & everything can be done virtually. I was referred by Attorney Minkah Merritt to Care Medical in Valdosta, GA and was very happy with their professionalism, knowledge and services. I gave two stars due to lack of communication and effort from my first caseworker. I felt like I was doing her job when it came down to communicating with the other companies in order to receive our medical records and other info needed for our cases. I also thought it was unprofessional how no one notified me that she was no longer working on our cases and I was transferred to another caseworker. I called to follow up to see if all the documents were received after no communication from her for a while & that's when I was notified she was no longer there. Other than that, it's taken about a year to settle which was mentioned in the beginning and the settlement amount is okay however, I didn't receive the amount I was told I was going to be given. I'm more grateful to Yahweh it wasn't worse than what it was and we weren't severely hurt.
