Honestly I waisted my time working this law firm. I had to gather all the documents, including the medical records. The first paralegal I worked with, kept saying she sent out request forms to the hospital and to the ambulance. Which she did not send a request, because I asked had any request come from the law firm. Every place I called for the documents said they had not received a request. I did all of the leg work just to be low balled and the they placed a lien for work they didn’t even do, nor did they attempt to.

I must say that my experience with Merritt & Merritt was a positive one. I was involved in a car accident at a extremely vulnerable and sensitive time of my life. They stayed in contact with me letting me know what to be expected as well as where we were in the process. My only hiccup was the actual timing it took to finalize everything once I closed my case. However, I'm learning patience and even though I felt the timing took too long, I still feel they had my best interest.... Thank You for working for me!!

When looking for an attorney after my car accident, I didn't want to go with the radio gimmicks. I researched and came across Merritt & Merritt with great reviews. I decided to go with them.
