Attorney Marks showed me that big names and TV advertisements DO NOT make a great lawyer. He won a case that the so called big name lawyers did not want to take because it was not an easy win. He is down-to-earth and very approachable, yet very professional. His staff is very pleasant and responsive as well. If you have questions he will try to answer you without making things up and I appreciate his honest and straightforward approach. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an Attorney who can win.

I specifically asked to complete a health care directive and a financial POA at the 1st appt. I repeated the request several times during an hour long meeting. At the end of the hour, the attorney said they don't do those documents "a la cart" and the least expensive will and 2 directives "package" would cost $3500. Then they charged me $450 for "consultation". In my opinion, do yourself a big favor and stay clear
