Got the best case scenario out of my court case. Very grateful for attorney Lynch’s knowledge and skill

I called because I was recommended to Use Amelia Ragan, and received a call back from intake personnel, once she called back I realized I had spoke to them already and had been referred out. I called back to speak with the intake operator and told her I would like to try to get someone to look into my other case, in which she says “I looked and you were referred out” which means she was not even listening to what I was saying. So I told her this is something new and I didn’t speak to you all in regards to this, she then says “well is it like the other case.” So clearly she didn’t want to hear me out or felt it was a waste of time. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way and I just hung up. You’re NOT an attorney so you shouldn’t be asking people if a case is “like” the other.

Hired him for an eviction case for a family member who speaks limited English and was charged double for their rent. He went to court and didn’t contest any of the charges which leaves them with a judgment paying double for the rent and now they’re out extra money for even hiring him. Waste of money.

Will delay your settlement and steal your med pay money. Would not recommend In response to your reply Mark you know exactly what you did with my case, I received my settlement and did not receive it until months later and that’s only because I went with a different attorney who addressed the games you were running with me. You fabricated that you had covid and couldn’t make it to the office to get my check when you didn’t even have an office and were running your business out of your home. I still don’t get reimbursed for the medpay from our first case that I requested. It really took you 4 months to respond with lies??? You have been taking 30% of your clients med pay for years when you know it’s illegal for you to touch.
