My interaction with Mr.Lanier as well as Mrs. Lakieya *spellcheck was awesome! They made the process of getting my settlement easy and painless. The communication was the biggest thing to me. Mr. Lanier always called to give updates as well as the secretary. I never had to wonder where my case stood. Also got me back more than I was expecting!! I would highly recommend.

Excellent service great communication all around great experience

I was in an auto accident back in Oct. 2018. After initially retaining one of the more commercial law firms in Atlanta and not hearing anything for weeks, I was referred to Mr. Lanier and his team. From day one they were aggressive and proactive about getting my case started. He even directed me to resources to assist me with paying bills and rentals while I was out of work due to my injuries. During negotiations, Mr. Lanier was aggressive and smart and got me a 6-figure settlement before we had to go to trial. My case took almost 3 years to complete due to COVID-19 closing the courts for almost a year. That didn’t stop Mr. Lanier from doing whatever he could to make progress in the case and he kept me informed and consistently updated the entire way. He stayed diligent and stead fast in getting me the best outcome possible. I would give Ken and his team 100 stars if I could. I hope I never need his services again (lol) but if I do find myself in a personal injury claim situation he’s going to be my very first call and I would refer him to any and everybody in a heartbeat. Thank you Ken and Ms. Mingo for all your hard work and dedication throughout this process!!

I had a wonderful experience with the Law Firm of Ken Lanier. They were very thorough with my case and made me feel confident and comfortable that my needs were being cared for. The pandemic hit just after my accident and although my case hit several delays due to Covid-19, I was always aware of the the status of the components of my case through regular updates.
