Ben is awesome. I remember when I was explaining my traffic citation, the way he explained how it was going to go was exactly how it went! He appeared in court on time, and I was laughing and smiling the whole time! 0 points, payment reduced, and case closed!I love the communication! I had two traffic tickets that were handled properly, got an invoice, and updated emails. I will be using Ben for a lot more!!! He is on speed dial!!

I had a disappointing experience with Ben Mozingo as my attorney. From the outset, I was clear about my expectations and how crucial the outcome was for my future. Unfortunately, Ben seemed to have a defeatist attitude and did not put forth the effort needed to seek a better resolution for my case. Additionally, he prioritized another case over mine, sending a different lawyer to represent me in court without notifying me until an hour before the court appearance. Keith Gore Wiseman was sent as his replacement and was a 10/10. He made me feel more seen and valued as a client than Ben could within a year of working with him. Ultimately, I walked away with terms that I believe I could have secured on my own or with the support of a public defender. For what I paid, I would not recommend Ben's services, although Keith was excellent.

Excellent service. My wife had a traffic citation and we could not appear at the specified court date as needed to be out of town. From the web I searched for an appropriate Law firm to handle the issue. I am glad I picked up Hendrick & Henry Law. They took care of the court appearance and payment of fine on line so we could be at a family commitment out of town. Everyone who I contacted at this firm, responded immediately and even got calls later to make sure my concern was addressed. I am happy that the issue was amicably resolved and case closed. First off I want to give a shout out to the whole team. Everyone that I spoke with answered all my questions and kept me updated. To give some background I am a Class A CDL Truck driver by trade so my license is how I support my family. I called two other law firms before Hendrick and Henry Law and both told me that there was almost nothing they could do since I had a CDL. One day before my court date I tried one more Law firm, Hendrick Henry Law, and they picked up my case and ran with it. They let me know all the outcomes and that they would do everything they could to save my license from obtaining any points.
