I hired Atty. Lynch for what was a stressful situation. At 46 years old, I have only been in 2 car accidents in my life, and I was rear-ended while stopped waiting for the car in front of me to turn into their subdivision. As overwhelmed as I felt, upon sitting and talking with Atty. Lynch, I became impressed with his ability to analyze my situation. He was extremely professional with an understanding of not only how best to handle the situation but to also ensure I made sure I took care of my needs first. Atty. Lynch provided me an honest legal assessment of my issue. He assured me that he was willing and ready to fight the battle for and with me, and he would not let anyone take advantage of me. This is the first attorney I have worked with in the state of Georgia, out of three on other issues, to honor their commitment to me. Therefore, Atty. Lynch will always, from this point on, be my representative of choice, but hopefully, prayerfully, I won't have to rely on him again anytime soon. Atty. Living out of the state of Georgia, I had to look online for attorneys with above average ratings. After speaking with Andrew over the phone for an initial consultation, I retained him as my attorney. He did not disappoint. Without representation, my case would have required me to travel to Georgia, appear in court, and pay some hefty fines, not to mention the possibility of probation or even incarceration. After retaining Andrew, all my concerns were allayed. He responded to all my questions with professional forthright answers & handled my case extremely well. Andrew Lynch is an exceptional attorney. This was the second time I've employed him to represent me and again resulted in a favorable outcome. I was in an accident in April 2018...guy ran the light and hit me(vehicle was totaled). My mother-in-law recommended Andrew to me. Mr. Lynch was thorough, friendly, and reliable. He made it very clear he wanted me to understand how the court process worked and how the different potential outcomes could affect me. For someone like me, who is not familiar with the "ins and outs" of the local court system, this was perfect. I got into a tough situation to where I was referred to Andrew Lynch from a friend. Andrew, did an excellent job with my case. Court went very smoothly. He was able to knock off one of my charges and worked with the prosecutor and judge to get my charge down to the bare minimum. Andrew was very professional, confident, and empathetic. Hands down one of the best lawyers anyone is ever going to get. This man is a no nonsense, get things done, courteous, clear, and concise person. When I initially went to his office, I was already late in the process of getting a lawyer in the first place. Just 14 days before trial! That was no sweat for Mr. Lynch. He layed out all my options on the table and regardless what kind of person any individual is who chooses to make an appointment with him, they are without a doubt going to feel satisfied as well as appreciative for his knowledge and understanding of everything. No corners cut what so ever. He periodically would check in with me to make sure I was on track of things he advised me to do to help with my case. It makes the process of the court hearing go much smoother if you listen and do the things he tells you to do. When we arrived at court, there was over (not even joking) 100 people in the room that the judge had to get through. The judge even said it was her biggest afternoon calendar she ever had. I was thinking gosh, I'm going to be here all day! Well I thought wrong. Turns out that people who are actually ready for their case and have an attorney could go first. In other words we skipped the line! I recall going second that day out of all those people. A huge plus to have Mr. Lynch who was ready to go because I saw other people who had lawyers who weren't as fortunate to have their case ready. I was greatful for the outcome I had realizing that judges are about effeciency and that this lawyer excells in that. Another nice thing about having Mr. Lynch was that he knew his way around which saves a lot of time from trying to figure out where to go. We were able to get in and out of that courthouse with no hassle at all. So with all of that being said, if anyone truly wants a peace of mind when they go to trial, I would advise them to hire Andrew Lynch. The staff there are all very nice people too!

Andrew Lynch is a fighter and a winner. Under "not so nice" circumstances, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lynch a few years ago when he represented/defended me in a court of law. When I observed the fearless and drive that this man possessed in that courtroom, I immediately knew that I was in good hands. He was bold and confident with no fear of what the outcome of the case would be. He did his homework and put his all into the case for me, and for that, I sincerely appreciate him. Andrew did a great job at helping me through a tough situation. His connections with the court, including the police officers, the prosecutor and even the judge helped get my charge knocked down to the bare minimums. He was very fair, and never promised anything he couldn't do. He was straight up with me and gave me the information that I needed to make the right decisions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has charges that come up against them.
