I had a very difficult time facing a bogus DV charge that my (soon to be ) ex-husband filed on me. I had already moved out of state (very far away) and I had difficulty traveling to my court dates and was very emotionally distraught about the charges. Attorney Flinn represented me well and I was able to do a diversion program because I have never had a previous charge. He also represented me for my court dates I was unable to attend (not everyone may be able to do this, but in my case I was) I am very thankful to Attorney Flinn and all his help. I am a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator that had the unfortunate experience of being ran off the road by another driver who left the scene of the accident.
