Hired him for an eviction case for a family member who speaks limited English and was charged double for their rent. He went to court and didn’t contest any of the charges which leaves them with a judgment paying double for the rent and now they’re out extra money for even hiring him. Waste of money.

Will delay your settlement and steal your med pay money. Would not recommend In response to your reply Mark you know exactly what you did with my case, I received my settlement and did not receive it until months later and that’s only because I went with a different attorney who addressed the games you were running with me. You fabricated that you had covid and couldn’t make it to the office to get my check when you didn’t even have an office and were running your business out of your home. I still don’t get reimbursed for the medpay from our first case that I requested. It really took you 4 months to respond with lies??? You have been taking 30% of your clients med pay for years when you know it’s illegal for you to touch.

I can not put into words how thankful I am for this law firm. No one was willing to heat me out or take my case after my initial attorney essentially dropped the ball. Amelia was my saving grace. She listened and took in my entire story and immediately got to work. It is an understatement to say I had some severe PTSD from my prior attorney and Amelia was so amazing at putting my mid to ease and keeping me updated. I felt like Amelia understood what I had been through and what I was still going through better than ANYONE else ever could.
