Extremely professional organization

A friend referred us to Brooks for our estate planning needs. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough. He provided options to accomplish our goals and answered all of our questions clearly and concisely. Brooks has a very pleasant manner and made the entire process quite accessible. We highly recommend him as a true partner in this experience.

Hired this attorney for a federal case. Legal submissions were sloppy containing typographical errors and no required attachments. Billed at the top rate but handed work off to subordinates while still charging as if he was doing the work.

It’s tough to win a case in the area of federal law and government is generally hard to work with as you are going up against Goliath, which is why it speaks volumes Christopher Vaughn and his team were able to win for me.

You and your Firm did an AWESOME job and I would refer people to hire you cause of the knowledge and understanding you have for the law. If I never need a lawyer again, tag you're it.

Mr Vaughn continued for years to tell me I had a "very strong case" happily collecting thousands in fees for his encouraging phone calls and email consultations. When it came time to do some actual legal writing, however, I was appalled at the weak logic and haste in which it was written. Needless to say, I lost the case and the appeal, but that didn't stop Mr Vaughn from urging me on to file in Federal Court (because I had such a good chance of winning!). Yet when asked if he would represent me on a contingency basis in the future so I could pursue this, well, I guess my case wasn't so strong after all. Bottom line - find another lawyer who won't waste your time and money.

I hired Mr. Vaughn initially to assist in writing a rebuttal to a proposed removal for which I thought he did a great job. We ended up appealing to MSPB full board after the initial Administrative Judge found in favor of the agency. The full board "reversed" the decision in our favor. Glad to have a professional on my side, could not have done it on my own.

This was an excellent Law firm. They had the expertise, experience and knowledge to work with a client to obtain relevant objectives. It's very hard, to find an experienced firm that "truly" represents the clients interest in a matters that have lingered for many, many years . Chose wisely, the Law firm that shall represent your interest. When and , if needed I will certainly use them again. I highly recommend this Law firm.

Christopher Vaughn is an excellent choice if you are looking for a lawyer to represent your interest in a workplace displace. Mediators and some attorneys seek the middle road and attempt to satisfy both parties in a quickly reached mutual agreement that puts you back at work and still in a similar situation. Mr. Vaughn and the Vaughn Law Firm fought to get me the fair resolution I deserved and his efforts led to those in management being held accountable for their uncaring, irresponsible and just plain wrong decisions. Not only was I returned to work but I was compensated and assured of absolutely no reprisals.
