The Vaughn Law Firm, in particular Mr. Kirby Smith handled my case with the Department of Navy. They spent 2 1/2 years clearing my name, getting me reinstated to my job, arranging for me to be able to retire at my highest grade, back pay, and becoming a rehired annuitant for 12 months. They were great to work with.

I inquired about a chain of events that I knew was improper in the workplace. I was referred to Chris Vaughn's law firm by a co-worker who had used his law firm in the past and she will pleased with the results. After speaking with the attorney and hearing his take on my situation I agreed that I would allow this firm to handle my case. I was pleased with the results. An amazing team. Yes I would recommend this attorney.

I hired them for 2 successful cases. They always kept me informed and were straight shooters never giving false expectations. Very knowledgable and humble.

Brooks was very efficient and patient with a senior having her will redrafted and in updating documents necessary for good estate planning. I would certainly recommend him as an attorney who is also a very nice human being!

I hired Mr. Vaughn in April to represent me in a proposal for removal case (federal employment). Mr. Vaughn submitted my response on the final day and included none of the statements that I had acquired. I was billed $560 for the drafting of an appeal that was an exact match to the written response. When I questioned the billing practices and not including evidence he insinuated that I was guilty and threatened to withdraw understanding I was having financial issues since the proposal had been sustained.

Did not represent my case. Lost focus and unlawfully billed me for legal services derailing my case. and has NO Clue on The Privacy Act. Stole $9,800 from me by derailing my case. Proven fact. Why would another Atty. ask me, "Why didn't your previous Atty. mention the Privacy Act and where your records were....how did he lose focus on your case? DO NOT hire this Atty. He's not interested hearing your case at all.
