I hired Dan DeWoskin in January 2016 after getting into an auto accident the previous November, right before the Thanksgiving holidays. From the start Dan was personable and thorough with my case. It was a lengthy process, due to no fault of their own, but he got the job done! I was thoroughly prepped for court which made the court process so much easier to deal with. I then visited the office to get a better perception of how I would be represented and met with his assistant Michelle. I was also impressed with her. Dan represented me in two separate cases, a judgement against me and a suit filed by a debt collector. Both cases were resolved to my satisfaction. Dan explained my options, indicated the risks and benefits of various courses of action, and, though he offered advice, always made clear that he was prepared to litigate or settle depending on my preference.
