My daughter (with me in the car) received a ticket in a Suburb of Atlanta for "Failure to Stop", She has a Florida License and before court moved to Maine for work, at age 22 we felt it was important to try to keep the ticket of her driving record for insurance purposes, After a TON of research I found great reviews for Sam McRae so I contacted his office and talked with his partner Gunner Pak, he was honest, told us at this particular court had some risk as the city attorney can be tough, but Gunner was able to get the charges reduced, gave us clear instruction what to look for before paying online, and followed up with us until everything was settled and closed. I know many attorney's outside the Atlanta area (my daughters mother works for one) and I can say out hesitation that my experience with Pak and McRae was a GREAT one, My daughter and I can definitely suggest using them for your legal woes. Mr Pak is the best! He recently represented me on a traffic citation out of Gwinnett County. He was so awesome to work with. Mr. Pak is a great communicator and was able to handle everything on my behalf so that I didn't have to appear in court and take time off of work. Mr. Pak was amazing! I failed to pay a ticket 4 years ago and there was a warrant filed. He went to court and the warrant was lifted and charges dismissed! He personally called me and Kelley followed up with an email and paper work! I was so pleased with the service!

He was eventually able to have my case dismissed ensuring that I would not receive any points on my license but regardless of the outcome, I would highly recommend him and his firm with any criminal issues you may encounter.

Mr. Pak helped me with a traffic citation I recieved that would have led to points added to my license without his help.
