I am lucky I was referred to Hank Barnett who is very knowledgeable and helped me deal with a Workman's Comp adjuster who was pushing me to make decisions when I didn't have a Doctor I was trusting. Hank took over with all the communication with her from the moment I hired him and I was able to switch to a Doctor I respected and gave me good advice. With Hank's help I just settled/retired 2 years earlier than I had expected (I am 64) with a disability settlement that will help me make this transition. Hank calmed my nerves and dealt with the problems when I was uncertain how to proceed and was not being listened to by the adjuster. I highly recommend Hank!
