In August 2021 I was attempting to make a left turn from a parking lot. My turn signals were on and all of the prevailing traffic was yielding to me with the exception of one driver in a center turn lane. She was traveling at an excessive rate of speed slamming into me and totaling my 2014 Honda Accord. I was given a citation for failure to yield and in the state of Georgia was considered to be at fault. It took 3 months to get a new car after this accident due to the chip shortage and lack of dealer inventory. Benjamin Mozingo from Hendrick and Henry Law took my case and got my citation reduced to a basic rules violation with no points on my license. I am very grateful to Ben and his firm who helped me through a very traumatic time.
