I was reported deceased by all thre credit agencies . Never thought you could sue for that and we did. The average pay out was over 30k . All three Seattle’s before trial. McCleland was in contact through out the whole ordeal lasting over two years . Highly recommended

Joseph McClelland is a responsive and caring lawyer. I inquired about his services with regard to an issue I was having with the three credit reporting agencies. Ultimately, I did not need his services as I was able to resolve the issue on my own. However, in the time it required to get it resolved, he was in constant contact with me answering all my questions, at no charge. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, solid attorney that’s also just an all around good person.
