My fiancee hired Michael Katz for me on a probation case. At first I had my droughts because after 10 years incarceration I did not have much faith in the legal process. He told me to trust him and he came through because when we went to court not only did he get my probation reinstated he got 8 years of probation suspended.This means that I do not have to re port to any one now. I hired Mr. Katz almost a year ago after meeting him for my free consultation. Michael to me is an excellent, sharp really caring, Attorney, I read other reviews that are negative and believe me Whom ever wrote those must of not had the same Michael Katz I had. He always returned my messages and calls and always went to see my son who was incarcerated when he was asked. We went to trial on this case and he was absolutely great in the Courtroom knowing the most recent and updated laws. I have to admit I was not the easiest client to deal with at times. Thank God he is very layed back level headed person and understands what extremely emotional parents are going through at this difficult time. I feel as Mr. Katz is now my family’s attorney and will continue to use him if he lets me!!

My experience with this attorney wasn't very good. I never actually met him in person but only dealt with him over the phone. He was biased against me as a client. Mr. Katz is based out of Decatur and seemed disconnected to the overall Atlanta market.

Was very pleased with the outcome he had 2 DUI's dismissed for me he always worked with me on a pair plan and very professional and experienced in court he will get you the best deal he can get your DUI dropped to a wreckles driving and less possible jail time or none at all. I was arrested in Gwinntt Co. and retained Mr. Katz for $4,000 for 3 counties to represent me. Look this Attorney avoided all phone calls even with family member. Mr. Katz would not file for me a bond. So that I could get released from jail. Michael Katz is NOT a good Attorney and he will run off with you money. Shop around MR. KATZ is a crook!
