I worked with Mr. Berk through my marriage separation, and again through my somewhat complicated divorce. Due to my good results, I then needed to work again with Mr. Berk after 10 years passed when the same ex wife wanted to sue me to get some property I had. Again, my results were positive. Mr Berk was recommended to me by another attorney’s office for my divorce case. He answers emails FAST and he answers them himself which is amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever met a more responsive attorney! I am impressed!! His fee was very reasonable and he dealt with my spouse for the entirety of the case which is exactly what I wanted. My spouse and I don’t talk anymore. He made this process easy and during the phone consultation I could tell he had my best interest in mind. He asked a lot of questions to cover all ground and every possibility. It’s obvious that he knows what he’s doing from the questions he’s asking and how quickly he gets the paperwork ready.
