I 100% hands-down definitely recommend Dan DeWoskin!!! I researched and contacted a few attorneys, who took forever to call me back and were extremely expensive! So, I thought I could become a pseudo-lawyer by googling “how to win a lawsuit against a third-party debt collector”. I realized very quickly I would be in over my head. I had a very good experience using DeWoskin Law Firm for my legal needs. Upfront, Dan gave me all possible scenarios, both good and bad, so I would know what to expect. Once the process was completed, there were no surprises and I received an outcome that I was pleased with.

Dan handled a collection practices violation case for me. We won the case but the company tried to avoid paying. Dan was persistent for 5 years and exhausted every avenue to get the check to me. He was working even when I accepted that it was over. I'd recommend his services to anybody.
