If you need help with resolving your case I would HIGHLY recommend Jim Michael. He helped resolve my case in a timely manner that I was very pleased with. Jim was very prompt in answering any questions that I had and explained in detail what he was doing while working on my case. I would definitely recommend Jim Michael.

Every encounter I had with Scholle Law since they accepted my accident case was reassuring, efficient and knowledgeable. The courtesy I was extended was exceptional. My attorney, Todd Shugart was so helpful and supportive when I had depositions with my insurance company and the opposing insurance company, I was at ease during both of these tense sessions due to his guidance. Soo Chang is excellent to work with, and was very patient and thorough to answer all my questions during this difficult time. I do not have any complaints throughout the entire case that lasted 11 months.

Update: I received a call from Mr. Scott and after speaking with him there appeared to be a misunderstanding regarding the returned call from my previous review. Mr. Scott provided me with valuable information, knowledge on the process, and directions on my charge which is what my intentions were when I made contact with his office. Very professional. Recently I contacted this office based on the 5 stars. Jewell returned my call a couple of days later. She was professional and polite. The intake asked a ton of questions. She even called back a second time. I was told that I would hear back from someone. I received an email on Monday with no information as to why they could not move forward. I responded not even an hour later asking for clarification so that I could understand. I followed up with another email on Wednesday. I have not received a response. I don't do alot of reviews but this important because like me you need help or direction. If not, you need more than just a couple of sentences directing you to a website to contact other attorneys. In my case, the response didn't appear to state the correct status of my complaint so I wanted to make sure she provided Justin the correct information and that he based his decision off of accurate details. Maybe the website should include who their ideal client is. Not sure but hope this helps someone.
